In order to realize excellent service, the Directorate of Drug, Narcotics, Psychotropics and Precursor Production Supervision continues to make continuous improvements to the quality of service. One way is to improve the competence of public service officers. Therefore, the ONPP Production Supervision Directorate has held a Public Service Training activity in 2022.
The training activity was held for two days, namely on June 16-17, 2022 at the Holiday Inn Kemayoran, Jakarta. This activity was attended by all public service officers of the Directorate of Drug, Narcotics, Psychotropic and Precursor Production Supervision as well as representatives of public service officers from other directorates within Deputy 1. With a total number of participants of 28 people.
The training was conducted in collaboration with Human Care Consulting in the form of presentations, case studies, and interesting games. Several methods of understanding the characters presented can provide a service perspective that better understands the needs of customers or service users, so that the innovations provided can be appropriate and on target. In addition, this activity also invited the Ministry of Finance to share the implementation of public services that can provide a picture of excellent public services both externally and internally.
By holding this training, it is expected that BPOM public service officers, especially in the ONPP Production Supervision Directorate, can provide the best service by implementing the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and quality commitment to public satisfaction.
